I have owned the grinder for over a year now and it has performed well. When I started to have issues, I contacted Baratza (with in the 1 year warrenty) and they shipped me a new one, free of charge and shipping. The new one is performing better than the previous one. I highly recommend the grinder due to the even, consistant grind, quiet operation, and the company stands behind the product.

All I can say is that it arrived well packed and in a very timely fashion but I cannot write a review as it is a birthday gift for my daughter and she has not received it due to illness. I did not want to send it to her threw the mail so she will receive it on Thanksgiving when she comes to visit. I gave it the rating I did on the basis of mine which is the same but older.

Fully satisfied. Mornings now have a nice ritual. U can talk while grinding, or even share grinding. Top has storage for about 2 days grinding. Stands upright. Fresh ground coffee has wonderful new taste. Easy to adjust...with difft tastes for varied grind adjustments. I keep one for coffee and one for organic cocoa beans!! Great buy for the price.
Customer Review: Grinds nicely, but takes some time.
Takes quite a while to grind when your jones'ing for some good coffee. I cheat and chuck it in my cordless drill. It's work but I grind a lot faster. The adjustment is basically a screw on the bottom side (the middle one). Make sure you open the grinds resevoiur over your sink or outside cause it can make a mess.
